Another Dog post. Science is always progressing and expanding out knowledge of the world (and universe) around us.
The New York Times article (requires free registration) starts with:
“Researchers have decoded the dog genome to a high degree of accuracy, allowing deep insights into the evolutionary history not only of Canis familiaris but also of its devoted companion species, Homo sapiens.”
Notice the reference to evolution.
